Heather Rose Jones is the author of the Alpennia historic fantasy series, the fairy-tale novella The Language of Roses, and numerous short stories including the fantasy collection Skin-Singer: Tales of the Kaltaoven. She creates the Lesbian Historic Motif Project blog and its associated podcast, presenting research aimed at authors writing sapphic characters in historic fiction, as well as promoting lesbian historical fiction in general.
